Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium Whitening Lotion Rich is a Japanese watery lotion that fades sunspots. 

The moisture-replenishing toner has a rich texture and is as effective as a serum at targeting the root of sunspots. It is renewed to better prevent sunspots than the previous formula released in 2017. The newly upgraded formula is medicated with an anti-inflammatory blend of Tranexamic acid and Dipotasslurn Glycyrrhinte to better prevent sunspots, inflammation, and rough skin. Vitamin C derivative, vitamin E, and a blend of high molecular weight and low molecular weight (nano) hyaluronic acid deeply hydrate skin while reducing inflammation caused by UV exposure. 
Ideally suited for normal to dry skin, it has a rich texture that penetrates es deeply to hydrate and prevents UV-induced discoloration.
